Our name, N-GON (pronounced “N Gone”), is more than a clever play on words—it’s our philosophy. In Vietnamese, ngon means “delicious,” while “Go/Gone” captures the speed and convenience we’re known for. Together, they represent delicious food served fast.
The idea for N-GON took shape in January 2020, inspired by a desire to bring fresh, authentic Vietnamese flavors to modern dining. After years of planning and refining, we opened in May 2022—proudly serving Brockton, MA ever since.
